Flights to be booked (not included):

ARRIVAL:

Sunday 3 July 2022: All arrivals with SAS and Norwegian to Kiruna KRN airport on 3 July are are okay to book.

Arrival transfer will meet to all SAS and Norwegian flights. Do not book to late arrival flight if you would like to join the welcome dinner at 19:00.

DEPARTURE:

Sunday 10 July 2022: No flights from Luleå LLA airport before 16:40 PM on 10 July.

Departure transfer from Gammelstad church town will arrive to the airport approximately at 15:30 PM

Guests from the tours "Sweden from North to South" and "Sweden the land of contrasts" may join in Kiruna. In order to complete the tour, at least 15 persons must be booked. No later than 90 days before the start of the tour, it will be announced if the tour is forced to be canceled due to too few participants. If the tour is cancelled by With Xperience, the paid amount will be reimbursed.

A non- refundable deposit of SEK 10 000  (~ € 1000 / $ 1170) is to be paid within 10 days after the booking has been made.  Reimbursed if the tour is cancelled by With Xperience.

With Xperience shall have received final payment no later than 100 days before departure.

Flights are not included and must be booked and paid by the client. With Xperience does not reimburse the costs of issued and/or paid airline tickets or any costs for rebooking them.

Some excursions and walks are weather dependent.

The hikes are graded according to the With Xperience scale; green, blue, yellow, orange, red and black. The lenght of the hikes varies between 1,6-14 km / 1-8 mi, so do not be too untrained. The hikes during the tour Swedish Lapland & the Midnight Sun have hikes graded between green and orange (no red or black hikes).

Tip and gratitude to the guides and driver is not included.

Visited countries: SWEDEN, FINLAND, NORWAY (a few meters if wanted), - check passport and visa rules with each country's embassy.

Make sure that you have a good travel insurance in case of bad luck. Travel insurance is not included.

Do not forget to pack the necessary medicine in your hand luggage.

Contact your doctor or vaccine centre to make sure you have all the necessary vaccinations. TBE vaccine is recommended for tick-borne TBE.

Covid-19 pass is mandatory.

In some remote areas mobile phones do not work.

With Xperience and its affiliates disclaims all liability when it comes to lost or damaged luggage or other personal belongings, personal health issues or third party infringement. Damaged or stolen property from With Xperience or its affiliates is paid for by guest as well as all costs of personal nature.

With Xperience reserves the right to make price increases that are beyond the company's control, such as price surcharges to cover rising oil prices or state-established or newly establisched taxes and fees.

Any errors before or during the tour must be reported to With Xperience or its partners as soon as possible so that they can be remedied satisfactorily.
