Flights to be booked (not included):

ARRIVAL:

Sunday 3 July 2022: All arrivals with SAS and Norwegian to Kiruna KRN airport are okay to book for 3 July.

Arrival transfer will meet all SAS and Norwegian flights.

DEPARTURE:

Saturday 30 July 2022: No flights from Copenhagen CPH airport before 12:00 AM (noon) on 30 July.

Departure transfer from hotel will arrive to the airport approximately at 09:00 AM

Guests from the tours Swedish Lapland & The Midnight Sun, Picuresque Sweden, Sweden the land of contrasts, Classic Sweden - nature, culture and history,  Beautiful Stockholm and Southern Sweden Pearls may join the tour in Kiruna, Luleå and Stockholm. In order to complete the tour, at least 15 people must be booked somewhere along the way. No later than 90 days before the start of the trip, it will be announced if the trip is forced to be canceled. If so, the entire price of the trip will of course will be reimbursed. 

A non- refundable deposit of SEK 10 000  (~ € 1000 / $ 1170) is to be paid within 10 days after the booking has been made. Reimbursed if the tour is cancelled by With Xperience.

Final payment no later than 100 days before departure.

Some excursions and walks are weather dependent.

The hikes are graded according to the With Xperience scale; green, blue, yellow, orange, red and black. The lenght of the hikes varies between 1,6-14 km / 1-8 mi, so do not be too untrained. The hikes during the tour Swedish Lapland & the Midnight Sun have hikes graded between green and orange (no red or black hikes).

Visited countries: SWEDEN, FINLAND, NORWAY (only a few metres/feet if wanted), DENMARK - check passport and visa rules with each country's embassy.

Make sure that you have a good travel insurance. (Not included in the trip).

Do not forget to pack the necessary medicine in your hand luggage.

Contact your doctor or vaccine centre to make sure you have all the necessary vaccinations. TBE vaccine is recommended for tick-borne TBE.

Covid-19 pass is mandatory.

In some remote areas areas mobile phones do not work.

With Xperience and its affiliates disclaim all liability when it comes to lost or damaged luggage or other personal belongings, personal health issues or third party infringement. Damaged or stolen property from With Xperience or its affiliates are paid for by the guest.

Tip and gratitude to the guides and driver is not included.
