To book a trip with With Xperience you must be at least 18 years old.

Children travelling must travel in the company of an adult.

When booking, the travelers' correct name (according to the passport), address, e-mail and telephone/mobile number must be provided. Booking confirmation and invoice are received by e-mail.

A non- refundable deposit of SEK  3500  (~ € 350 / $ 350) is to be paid within 10 days after the booking has been made.  Returned if the tour is cancelled by With Xperience.

With Xperience shall have received final payment no later than 75 days before arrival. If the booking is made 75 days or less before the departure date, the full price of the tour must be paid at the time of booking.

0-30 days before departure: 100%

Flights are not included and must be booked and paid by client. With Xperience does not reimburse the costs of issued and/or paid airline tickets or any cost of rebooking them.

With Xperience reserves the right to make changes to the program and/or any typos.

Some excursions and walks are weather dependent.

The hikes are graded according to the With Xperience scale; green, blue, yellow, orange, red and black. The lenght of the hikes are estimated and the length of the hikes are displayed in the day by day program. Some days several hikes may be combined to a total milage/miles. Since hiking is a part of all With Xperience tours, you should not be too untrained or have difficulty moving. Feel free to train a little extra before you complete your trip. The hikes during the tour Beautiful Stockholm have hikes graded green  (no blue, yellow, orange, red or black hikes).

Tip and gratitude to the guide is not included.

Visited country: SWEDEN - check passport ,visa  and vaccination rules with the Swedish Embassy.

Make sure that you have a good travel insurance in case of bad luck.

Travel insurance is not included.

Cancellation protection is not included.

Do not forget to pack the necessary medicine in your hand luggage.

Luggage service is not includedat the hotel and all luggage is carried by each individual traveler.

Special food or allergy restrictions must be notified as soon as possible after booking. With Xperience or its partners can not guarantee this, but of course try to fulfill the requirements. In general Swedish restaurants are used to food deviations. At picnics, the supply may be limited.

Contact your doctor or vaccine centre to make sure you have all the necessary vaccinations. TBE vaccine is recommended for tick-borne TBE when spending a lot of time in the Swedish nature.

Covid-19 pass is mandatory.

In some remote areas mobile phones do not work.

With Xperience and its affiliates disclaims all liability when it comes to lost or damaged luggage or other personal belongings, personal health issues or third party infringement. Damaged or stolen property from With Xperience or its affiliates is paid for by guest as well as all costs of personal nature.

With Xperience reserves the right to make price increases that are beyond the company's control, such as price surcharges to cover rising oil prices or state-established or newly establisched taxes and fees.

Any errors before or during the tour must be reported to With Xperience or its partners as soon as possible so that they can be remedied satisfactorily.

In addition to the above, With Xperience follows the Swedish Travel agency and organizers' association's general term and conditions for package travel in accordance with the Swedish Package Travel Act.

With Xperience has provided the necessary travel guarantees to the Swedish State Chamber of Deputies (Kammarkollegiet).
